About me
Nabhan Karim is a higher education leader, filmmaker, and educator with over a decade of experience spanning media production, marketing, and strategic communications. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Film & Television from Indiana University Bloomington, USA, a Master's degree in Filmmaking from Kingston University London, UK, and is currently pursuing a Master of Education (Ed.M.) in Educational Leadership at the Harvard Graduate School of Education.
Throughout his career, Nabhan has worked with organizations including CNN, The Big Ten Network (USA), and Stimulus Productions. He also founded Wormhole Productions, an independent production house dedicated to creating digital content, documentaries, and narrative films.
At the Institute of Business Management (IoBM), Karachi, Nabhan serves as Head of Marketing & Communications and Assistant Professor of Practice in Media Studies. He leads the university's branding, marketing, digital strategy, and creative communications while teaching filmmaking and media production. His work focuses on connecting storytelling, technology, and education to build meaningful experiences for students and audiences alike.
Passionate about the future of education, Nabhan is particularly interested in educational leadership, student career development, the integration of emerging technologies into learning, and using the power of storytelling to inspire positive change.
